The condition and operability of this product are protected by a 2-year warranty.
If the product is defective, you're covered, not to exceed the purchase price. You can either request a replacement or a refund.
This warranty does not extend to damage to it or to any other damage caused by its installation.
RETURNS
If you don’t like the product for whatever reasons it can be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase (for US customers) or 60 days of the date of purchase (for international customers). The product has to be in good working order and all parts must be returned. The customer must return the product at their own expense. The amount refunded will be the full purchase price minus the original shipping charges. The refund will be processed as soon as the returned product has been received by 997research.
